Take a shower and exfoliate your skin prior to tanning.

Shower or perspire for at least 5 hours after a session.

Allow yourself at least 10 minutes to be sprayed and at least 5 - 10 minutes to dry.

Wear blue jeans, tight clothing or socks for at least 4-5 hours after a session.

Wear loose cotton clothing and flip flops

Shave the day of the session

Remove all jewelry.
